Old Silo :: Vieux silo à grains

This is in the beautiful, quaint village of St-Louis-de-Gonzague where my father was buried. There are still quite a few old farm silos and this is one of them… all entwined in vines. I am pretty happy with this painting — which in itself is a rare feat as I am usually quite critical of my paintings –)

Peinture à partir du pittoresque petit village de St-Louis-de-Gonzague où mon père fut enterré. Il y a encore de très vieux silos de fermes dans cette région, tout emmitoufflé de vignes.
