Today I met up with Linda Drewry’s gang of painters in the beautiful setting of Parc René-Lévesque. There is everything that a plein air painter needs! A quaint little ice cream parlor with sunny umbrellas and bikes to rent, views of distant bridges, a marina, church views, waterways, Lake St. Louis and all kinds of stone statues dispersed throughout the park, and mind you, I just walked about the first quarter of it. Great day -)
Paper: Saunders Waterford CP
Colours: New Gambodge, Q. Rose, Burnt Sienna, Cobalt Blue & some Ultramarine
Location: Parc René Lévesque, Canal Lachine, Québec, Canada
A cool place to pass a hot day.
