Directly from the Tourne-Sol co-operative farm, a bunch of fresh beets. We can actually eat the beet leaves by cooking them like spinach, and I wonder why regular groceries take out the beet leaves as they are a very good source of folic acid (good for the liver) amongst other qualities. Today I was busy learning a 3D software program called “Sketchup”. There are many ways of creating art nowadays, including digitally, but the best way for me is still with a pen, brush and water colour.

Je me demande pourquoi les épiceries régulières enlèvent les branches de betteraves, car elles sont excellentes à manger et sont une bonne source d’acide f0lique.
