Early morning coffee :: Tasse de café

Little did I know as I woke up this morning that I would be sketching during the early morning hours. As I was pouring my coffee into my cup, I saw that I had left one of my fountain pens on the kitchen counter… I picked it up, grabbed my cup and headed for the screen porch. The view was magnificent! And here it is…

En me versant ma première tasse de café ce matin, je ne savais pas que j’étais pour peindre si de bonne heure…. car j’avais laissé une de mes plumes fontaine sur le comptoir de la cuisine. Je me suis dirigée vers notre galerie-moustiquaire, avec la plume et le café dans les mains. La vue était incroyable! La voici… ;-)
