I painted tonight for a long time and the painting turned out very badly… argh! So I am posting this drawing that I did earlier this week… why is it that the minute that I stop painting for two days, I lose my impetus? My husband was explaining today that people who train physically can excel one day and then fail on the next… it feels as though my painting experience is just like that.
Voici un dessin que j’ai fait cette semaine… après le désastre de peinture que j’ai jetée à la poubelle ce soir. Il me semble que si je ne peins pas à tous les jours, je perds tous mes moyens! Pas grave, je sais que ça va revenir un jour… comme à 87 ans?
